The New Recruit

One of the founding principles of View Truck and Van is to nurture young, upcoming talent in the industry. As such, we’re delighted to announce the addition of a new (slightly furry!) recruit to the team. Meet Cooper!

Cooper is a four-month-old Labrador and Huntaway cross who has travelled all the way from Wales to make a new home here in South Yorkshire.

Commenting on Cooper’s appointment our MD, Richard Tomlinson, said: “He’s going to need some real hands-on training this one, but I have every confidence in his abilities. I see him being able to charm our clients with his unique lick & bark welcome; resistance is futile!

“I’ve had to make some changes to the office to prepare for Cooper’s arrival. Any shoes that were lying around have been moved and the chocolate biscuits are safely stashed out of paw’s reach in the top cupboard.”

Cooper’s favourite things are: squeaky duck, eating stones, sunflower stems, climbing on people, afternoon naps and leaping off the garden wall (his legs aren’t long enough for him to complete this successfully yet though!!)

Concludes Richard: “We can’t wait for you to meet Cooper next time you’re visiting – he’s absolutely pawsome!”
