What are your personal standards?

Now, this is something I need your input with; and it is pertinent to me personally right now.

WHAT ARE YOUR PERSONAL STANDARDS LIKE?

I think it’s a great question. Mine are quite simple.

• Don’t ask anyone to do something I am not prepared to do or have done myself

• Do the best I possibly can

• Be the best person I can be

• And as far as customers are concerned, give them the best experience and value I possibly can

These are all values we carry into View Asset Management and make us very proud. BUT! On a personal level, I have found on several occasions recently that big, multi-franchised, financially motivated companies really do not care. Fancy straplines designed by hard working marketing professionals that are just not followed through. Or simply apathy due to a market that has created more demand than supply and the: “If you don’t buy it, someone else will” attitude!

Well not here. We care and will do everything within our means to ensure customer satisfaction. We work along fantastic partners such as M1 Welfare Sanitation Services with our welfare vans, several different workshops for vans and trucks and different paint shops to make sure our vehicles look the part. Plus, we always have our finishing touches done by C R Valeting to make your vehicle really look the part before delivery or collection.
